a previous county court judgement. Commercial Loan Advice was
happy to review the case. The customer was looking to remortgage
to help repay an existing
mortgage of £75,000, expand his stock range and new
shop fittings.
Why Commercial Loan Advice?
The Applicant had tried a few high street lenders in Bristol, however was turned away because they were uncomfortable with his previous CCJ.
Our senior underwriter at Commercial Loan Advice reviewed the reason for the CCJ and accepted the applicant’s reasons. Their existing mortgage history was good and Commercial Loan Advice were happy to put a conditional offer forward.
A speedy turnaround
Commercial Loan Advice were able to get a fully underwritten and credit checked conditional offer within 72 hours. Taking onboard the Applicant’s history Commercial Loan Advice were still happy to go forward with the mortgage.
Within 8 weeks the remortgage was complete and the Applicant was able to go ahead and refit his shop along with a new stock range.
