Q. Will you have to go through my books?
A. No, unlike other commercial lenders our approach means that we don't need to see your books. We offer a self-certification option and can handle everything over the phone.
Q. What if I can provide full or partial accounts?
A. The more information you can provide us about your business the better. It may mean we'll be able to offer you a lower rate of interest, comparable with that of the High Street Lenders.
Q. How much can I borrow?
A. We can lend you from £200k to over £10m.
Q. Does it matter if I have CCJ's or arrears on my existing mortgage or commercial mortgage?
A. No. We look past your financial or credit history. Whatever your circumstances, there's a good chance we could provide the funds you need.
Q. Does it matter if I've been refused elsewhere?
A. No. We specialise in providing commercial mortgages for those who have found it difficult to obtain a commercial mortgage from the traditional High Street Lenders.
Q. Are there any restrictions on how I use the money?
A. No, it's your money. You decide how best to use it.
Q. How long before I receive the funds I need?
A. We can provide you with a lending decision (in principle) within minutes and the funds you need within a few short weeks.
